Berry Burst Lemonade Recipe

2 servings 5 minutes berry recipes easy drinks kid-friendly refreshing beverages summer drinks

I first made this when we had a mix of leftover berries in the fridge and a lemon or two on the counter — and let me tell you, it’s now on weekly repeat in our house. It’s vibrant, full of flavor, and way more exciting than plain lemonade. I love serving it over crushed ice with a few fresh berries floating on top — it looks fancy but couldn’t be easier.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • Juice of 2 lemons

  • 1½–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)

  • 1½ cups cold water or sparkling water

  • Ice cubes

  • Garnish: lemon slices, whole berries, mint (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Muddle berries with lemon juice and sweetener in a glass or small pitcher.

  2. Add ice and pour over cold water or sparkling water.

  3. Stir gently and garnish with lemon slices or extra berries.

  4. Serve immediately while fresh and fruity!
