Apple Nachos Recipe

10 minutes easy desserts gluten free healthy snacks kid friendly no bake summer recipes

I made these one afternoon when I wanted something sweet but didn’t want to bake — and WOW. Apple nachos became a summer go-to. The combo of fresh apples, creamy peanut butter, and crunchy toppings totally hits the spot. They’re fun to make with the kids too (aka mom win).

Ingredients:

  • 2 large apples, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter (or almond butter)

  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp granola

  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts (optional)

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional drizzle)

  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Arrange apple slices in a single layer on a large plate or platter.

  2. Warm peanut butter slightly until drizzle-able, then drizzle over apples.

  3. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, granola, nuts, and cinnamon if using.

  4. Add a light drizzle of honey or maple syrup if desired.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
