5-Minute Peach and Berry Frozen Yogurt

I made this Peach and Berry Frozen Yogurt on a whim one hot afternoon when my kids were begging for ice cream, and I really didn’t want to hand them a sugar bomb. I tossed some frozen fruit and yogurt into the blender and it turned out shockingly delicious. It’s now a staple in our house: fast, refreshing, and totally mom-approved. I keep bags of frozen fruit on hand just for this reason!
Peach and Berry Frozen Yogurt Recipe
Ingredients:
-
2 cups frozen peaches
-
1 cup frozen mixed berries (or strawberries/blueberries)
-
1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
-
2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
Optional: squeeze of lemon juice for brightness
Instructions:
-
Blend It All Up
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed. -
Taste & Adjust
Taste and add more sweetener or lemon juice if desired. For thicker texture, blend longer or add a bit more frozen fruit. -
Serve Immediately
Scoop into bowls and enjoy right away for soft-serve texture, or freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer consistency.
Sarah’s Tips 🍑
-
Use full-fat yogurt for extra creaminess.
-
Try with frozen mango instead of peaches for a tropical twist.
-
Store leftovers in a freezer-safe container and let sit at room temp for 5–10 mins before scooping.
