5 Min Frozen Peach Bellini Recipe

A few summers ago, I was hosting a small backyard brunch. The sun was blazing, the kids were running through sprinklers, and I needed something cold, fruity, and just a little fancy. I threw some frozen peaches into the blender with bubbly Prosecco, and just like that—Frozen Peach Bellinis were born in our house.
Now, it's my go-to when I want something effortless but impressive. Light, refreshing, and a total hit with girlfriends, especially when served in pretty glasses with a fresh peach slice.
Frozen Peach Bellini Recipe
Ingredients:
-
2 cups frozen peach slices
-
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
-
1 tablespoon honey or agave (optional, to taste)
-
1 cup chilled Prosecco or sparkling wine
-
Peach slices or mint, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
-
In a high-speed blender, add frozen peach slices, lemon juice, and honey.
-
Pour in half the Prosecco and blend until smooth and slushy.
-
Stir in the remaining Prosecco (don’t blend again to keep the bubbles!).
-
Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with peach slices or mint.
Sarah’s Tips:
-
No Prosecco? Swap in ginger ale or sparkling water for a mocktail version!
-
Make it ahead: Blend the peaches and lemon juice, then freeze. Just add bubbly before serving.
-
Add flavor: A splash of peach schnapps makes it more grown-up.
