10-Minute Peach Mojito Twist Recipe

This drink came to life on a humid afternoon when I was craving something cool but didn’t want more caffeine or sugar. I had a ripe peach on the counter, fresh mint from the garden, and a lime in the fridge.
With one muddle and a quick stir, bam — the Peach Mojito Twist was born. It’s sweet, citrusy, bubbly, and unbelievably refreshing. The kind of drink that feels a little fancy… but takes 10 minutes. No alcohol needed — just pure summer vibes.
Peach Mojito Twist Recipe
Ingredients:
-
1 ripe peach, peeled and sliced
-
Juice of 1 lime
-
6–8 fresh mint leaves
-
1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness of peach)
-
¾ cup cold water
-
¾ cup sparkling water or club soda
-
Ice cubes
-
Extra mint or peach slices for garnish
Instructions:
-
Muddle the flavors: In a glass or cocktail shaker, muddle the peach slices, lime juice, mint leaves, and honey/maple syrup until juicy and fragrant.
-
Add water: Stir in cold water and strain mixture into two glasses filled with ice (if you want it smoother).
-
Top with sparkle: Add sparkling water and gently stir. Garnish with fresh mint and a peach slice.
Sarah’s Tips:
-
Make it fizzy: Use flavored sparkling water like lime or peach for an extra burst.
-
Make it a mocktail bar: Set out bowls of sliced fruit and herbs so guests can mix their own.
-
Want to prep ahead? Muddle the base and refrigerate — add sparkling water just before serving.
