10-Minute Mango Lime Popsicles Recipe

These Mango Lime Popsicles were born out of necessity a heatwave, cranky kids, and one lonely bag of frozen mango in the freezer. I blended it with lime and a touch of honey, poured it into molds, and hoped for the best. The result? Pure sunshine on a stick. Now we make them on repeat — they’re naturally sweet, super hydrating, and my kids (and I!) can't get enough.

 

Mango Lime Popsicles Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen or fresh mango chunks

  • Juice of 2 limes

  • 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

  • 1/2 cup water or coconut water

 

Instructions:

  1. Blend It Up
    Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and pourable.

  2. Taste & Adjust
    Taste and add more lime or sweetener as needed.

  3. Pour & Freeze
    Pour mixture into popsicle molds. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or until solid.

  4. Enjoy
    To release, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Enjoy your tropical treat!

  • Add a pinch of chili powder or Tajín for a spicy-sweet twist!

  • Want creamier pops? Add a splash of coconut milk before blending.

  • These are great for hydration after outdoor play or workouts.
