  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (or breasts)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 lemon, sliced thinly

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

 

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat & Prepare
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking pan or oven-safe skillet.
