Kids-Friendly Peachy Mango Mojito Recipe

This is the kind of drink I pull together when the evening is warm, the porch is calling, and dinner’s still on the grill. It’s light, fruity, and refreshing with just enough mint to cool you down.
Peach and mango are such a fun combo — sweet, tropical, and full of summer flavor. Whether you’re making it with a splash of rum or keeping it alcohol-free for a mocktail, this mojito is one of those recipes that looks pretty but takes barely any effort.
Ingredients
-
½ ripe peach, diced
-
½ cup diced mango (fresh or frozen)
-
Juice of 1 lime
-
6–8 fresh mint leaves
-
1–2 teaspoons honey or agave (optional)
-
1½ oz white rum (optional, or leave out for mocktail)
-
Sparkling water to top
-
Ice
Instructions
-
In a shaker or glass, muddle the peach, mango, lime juice, mint, and honey until juicy and well combined.
-
Add ice and rum (if using), then shake or stir well.
-
Pour into two glasses filled with ice and top with sparkling water.
-
Garnish with extra mint or fruit slices if you like. Serve immediately.
Sarah’s Tips
-
You can blend the fruit for a smoother mojito if you prefer a pulp-free drink.
-
Try flavored sparkling water like lime or mango for a fun twist.
-
This makes a great mocktail for summer brunches or BBQs — just skip the rum.
