Greek Turkey Burger Recipe

These burgers are what I make when we want something cozy but not heavy.
It all started when I was craving burgers but didn’t want the usual greasy version. I had ground turkey, some herbs, and Greek yogurt on hand — and what came out of the kitchen was juicy, fresh, and full of Mediterranean flavor.
Now we make these at least once a month during grilling season. They're herby, lemony, and the tzatziki on top is just chef’s kiss. You can serve them in lettuce wraps, on whole grain buns, or even over a big Greek salad.

Sarah’s Tips
-
Make it dairy-free: Use a dairy-free yogurt for the tzatziki.
-
No grill? A cast iron skillet works great indoors.
-
These also make amazing meal prep bowls with quinoa, hummus, and chopped veggies!
