Frozen Yogurt Bark Recipe

When summer hits, I crave something sweet but light — and let’s be real, I’m not turning on the oven. This frozen yogurt bark was a total win. It takes 10 minutes to prep, looks beautiful, and satisfies that ice cream craving without the sugar crash. Plus, it’s fun for the kids to help decorate with their favorite toppings!
Ingredients:

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or vanilla if preferred)

2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

1/2 cup sliced strawberries

1/2 cup blueberries

1/4 cup granola

2 tbsp mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.

Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the parchment-lined baking sheet (about 1/4-inch thick).

Top with sliced strawberries, blueberries, granola, and chocolate chips.
