Ingredients

  • 1 whole grain or gluten-free wrap

  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded

  • 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce

  • 2 tbsp diced tomato

  • 1 tbsp red onion, finely chopped (optional)

  • 1–2 tbsp Greek yogurt ranch dressing (see below)

Simple Greek Yogurt Ranch:

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp dried dill

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

 

Instructions

  1. Make the ranch: In a small bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust to your liking.

  2. Assemble the wrap: Lay out your wrap and layer with lettuce, tomato, red onion, cooked chicken, turkey bacon, and a drizzle of ranch.

  3. Roll up tightly, slice in half, and serve immediately. Wrap in foil or parchment if packing for lunch.
