BLT Chicken Wraps Recipe

This BLT chicken wrap is everything I want in a lunch: crisp, creamy, a little salty, a little fresh—and totally satisfying.
It’s a healthy twist on a deli classic, but with real-food ingredients that won’t leave you feeling heavy or sluggish. I started making these during one of those seasons where lunch always snuck up on me—and I needed something fast, high in protein, and honestly just delicious.
It’s now one of my favorite clean lunches or light dinners. The kind you can throw together in minutes, feel great after eating, and actually look forward to again tomorrow.
Ingredients
-
1 whole grain or gluten-free wrap
-
1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
-
2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
-
1/4 cup chopped romaine or butter lettuce
-
2–3 tomato slices
-
1–2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt or avocado mayo
-
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
-
Cook the turkey bacon and let cool slightly.
-
Lay out the wrap, spread Greek yogurt or avocado mayo, and layer with lettuce, tomato slices, chicken, and bacon.
-
Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper, then roll it up tightly and slice in half.
-
Serve immediately or wrap in foil for an easy grab-and-go lunch.
Why I Love These Wraps
They’re everything you love about a BLT—but better. The chicken adds clean protein, and the Greek yogurt keeps it creamy without the heaviness of regular mayo. It’s the kind of wrap that satisfies cravings while still keeping things fresh and clean.
When I first started replacing heavy lunches with meals like this, I felt so much better. More energy, less mid-afternoon crash, and honestly? Way more excited about lunchtime.
