  • Salsa, hot sauce, or Greek yogurt

 

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

  2. Season: Stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, tomato paste, and water. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until thick and flavorful.

  3. Assemble the bowls: Divide rice between 4 bowls. Top with taco beef and your favorite toppings — beans, avocado, tomatoes, cheese, onion, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
